Flexible Working

You may be looking for some extra income while getting that side business off the ground, or you may be looking for working hours around parental responsibilities, irrespective of what commitments you already have, there are opportunities for you here at Valor.
We have a modern approach to working, being a 24 hour industry there is work available at every hour of the day and week. We encourage our teams to make their shifts work for them, as well as ensuring we’re readily available for our guests. In some roles a degree of hybrid working can be accommodated.

We run a three-stage training programme, ‘Right Fit Recruitment’ alongside providing interview templates linked to our values. Having multiple interviewers in each process ensures every candidate, internal or external, is assessed fairly and consistently based on their capability and how closely they are aligned to our values.
